Heavenly High Council (Updated)

The ladder of the Spiritual War is being fought on four rungs. The first rung encompasses the Heavenly Council. The Council Members confer with Christ, who in turn confers with his Father, Yahweh. The council is in charge of seeing that both sides of the war be fought according to the rules that have been laid out, including the Rules of Engagement. In other words, the Council is charged with refereeing the war and placing sanctions on either side that breaks the rules. In essence, the Council enforces the decrees of the Spiritual War. It was necessary that a neutral referee be involved in deciding issues of dispute by both sides that also had vested interest in fairness and justice. That was and is the High Council with Junior Councils that sprang off the main body of Council membership to help with the vast number of complaints lodged by both sides.

When Satan and his angels grossly violate the Rules, (which they do often) the Active Force of Yahweh sometimes comes into play as a warning to the opposing side that they can all be wiped out with but a mere wave of the Creator’s hand. The Active Force is best described as being energy that has the ability to completely surround and protect, or destroy, depending on the situation. It is the single most feared thing by Satan and his demonic army, as well as the Converts that work with them.

At the time Christ was on earth, Satan appealed to the Zion Council of the Brotherhood with his complaints. The Heavenily High Council was not in existence yet because Christ had not yet ascended to Heaven to sit next to Yahweh, those of humankind that had passed over were in the bosom position of Abraham awaiting entry into Heaven. Luke 16:22 “One day the poor man died and was carried away by the angels to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried.”  So the 144,000 Orders of Holy Ghost did not exist yet.

So, the forerunner of the Heavenly High Council was made up of Zion’s Brotherhood of holy angels. They were not permitted to show favoritism to one side in the war, but to be fair and just in decisions concerning both sides in all disputes. Those angels that served in the capacity of the Brotherhood ‘s Council were elected by each different Order of holy angels that made up the forerunner. Because of their higher position in that they had not rebelled, and their interest in the way this war is conducted by both sides as well as the fairness promised by Yahweh.

1 Timothy 5:21 “I solemnly charge you, before God and Christ Jesus and the elect angels, to observe these things without prejudice, doing nothing out of favoritism.”1 Peter 1:12 “It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you concerning things that have now been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Angels desire to look into these things.” Hebrews 2:16 “For it is clear that He does not reach out to help angels, but to help Abraham’s offspring.”

After Christ ascended to Heaven, the High Council came into existence and was be made up of holy ghosts. So the true arbitration belonged to the coming of those that would spring forth from the bosom position and pass over the divide that then separated them from Heaven. Hebrews 2:5 “[ Jesus and Humanity ] For He has not subjected to angels the world to come that we are talking about.” 1 Corinthians 6:3 “Do you not know that we will judge angels—not to speak of things pertaining to this life?”  Remember that demons are fallen angels.

Eventually the holy angels would play a more important role in the war effort.  Galatians 3:19 “[ The Purpose of the Law ] Why the law then? It was added because of transgressions until the Seed to whom the promise was made would come. [The law] was ordered through angels by means of a mediator.” Revelation 7:2 “Then I saw another angel rise up from the east, who had the seal of the living God. He cried out in a loud voice to the four angels who were empowered to harm the earth and the sea:”

Understanding the Spiritual War Effort: The Holy Angelic Forces
