UFO sighting near Puyahue volcano in Southern Chile on June 5, 2011

Puyehue volcano in the Caulle Cordon of southern Chile erupted on June 5 and led to an eerie show of lightning dancing through clouds of ash above the volcano. A strange object was recorded beside the volcano on that same day. Watch video HERE.

According to NASA, Chile’s Puyehue-Cordón Volcano Complex continued releasing ash and steam in early July 2011. Shifting winds moved the plume in different directions, sometimes over the Pacific and sometimes over South America, where ash interfered with air traffic.
